HEM

 Capacity building involves working with resources available, both human and financial.  HEM works with leaders through the Church Leadership Empowerment focuses on tree main projects: ISOM Bible School, Feed my Frock and HEM School of Counseling.  It aims at capacity building for pastors and church leaders, training them in various fields useful for their family life and life ministries, and healing their broken hearts for their better service towards their shepherds.  Each are showing in more detail in this menu item.

Since financial resources are very limited HEM works to ensure financial inclusion, by encouraging personal saving through the creation of savings and credit co-operatives.  The co-operatives are then able to assist by providing small business loans to assist those wishing to start their own small business.  HEM also teaches people how the careful use savings and loans can serve as a way out of poverty.
